Who We Are

Deep Roots in DC Housing

DMV Housing was founded in 2026 by a DC landlord with 10+ years managing a portfolio that's almost entirely voucher tenants. Not a tech company, and not outsiders guessing at the program — the RFTA packets, the HQS inspections and the turnover have been ours for over a decade.

It exists for two reasons: to get a unit filled faster and seen by more tenants than happen to be searching that week, and then to run the tenancy end to end in one place built for how a DC voucher tenancy actually works — not a generic tool with voucher bolted on.
